I ordered 4 hats. The promo code for buy 3 hats for $60 did not work and they would not refund the difference. Sad. They would have had more business from me with 4 kids.
I ordered a hat and wanted to use a promo code that was going on, I entered the code and realized it did not apply to my order. I contacted customer service immediately and asked if there was any way I could still get the discount or some kind of refund for another order. I understood their no refund policies but this was not of my control and they simply just said they couldn’t do anything for me. I will no longer be ordering from this company again due to the lack of costumer service that was offered.
Won’t exchange for poor sizing. Misleading. Very slow shipping, will not be ordering from them again.
I won’t be ordering from this company again. Slow as molasses shipping and receiving times. Especially for what people pay for an order. I’m glad this wasn’t for a present for someone expecting it by a certain date. Sad to say but they won’t ever be able to compete with Amazon or really anyone at this rate.
If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered a preorder of 3 hats in July 2020 with the delivery time being “the end of August”. These hats were in no way cheap and was definitely a splurge purchase for my son. It’s now mid October 2020 and no hats. I’ve reached out to customer service many times and received a run around of “it will be on the way”. I FINALLY got tracking that a “label was created” in September and that tracking was never sent to USPS to ship. Awful company, I think at this point I will be contacting my bank.
I ordered a hat for my grandson on 7/23/2020 and it shows paid and order not filled. Their policy states that they do not except returns however since my order has never been filled I am requesting them to credit my money back to me. I will be anxious to see if I actually get a response or like the other reviews hear nothing back from them. I am also a small business owner so I understand the challenges of small business however I would never handle the transaction like they have. When I ordered the hat it was because I received a notification that the hat was available and in stock. To me that sounds like false advertising. Given the amount of time the website says it takes to fill fulfill an order and the amount of time I have been waiting with no word from them or an apology for the delay. Most businesses would handle things more professionally.
I was inspired by their fantastic hats but never in my life have I been so disappointed by their customer service and lack of respect.
I ordered 3 hats for my son's first Birthday over 2 months ahead of time. Tracking indicated they had been stuck in San Francisco for over 1 month. After contacting them about this and also clearly stating that it was really important to me to make sure the hats would arrive on time for my son's first Birthday, customer service were an absolute disappointment. No help, I was told that I have to resolve what is going on in San Francisco myself and ultimately my emails were left ignored.
If you're looking for a lesson on how not to run your e-commerce business in 2020 and how not to empathise with your customers who have been as proactive as is possible, look no further.
I do hope others have a better experience but be careful. I have been treated disgracefully, my son never received his hats for his 1st Birthday and I had to go to the bank to get my money back after being ignored.
Shameful.
You're better off looking for other baby clothing companies such as jackandwinn(dot)com. Binky Bro is not worth the trouble and disappointment.
